This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued by Big Marketing USA.
1. Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing and consulting services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Project-Based Work
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.
3. Monthly or Retainer Services
Monthly services and retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel future billing by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Big Marketing USA directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.
5. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing.
